Games can be played either human vs. human or human vs. computer with eleven different computer skill levels to choose from. During games it is possible to ask for a quick advice and the game then suggests the next move. It is also possible to show opening hints as well as info on legal squares and threatened pieces. There are also options to take back moves and to switch sides during a game. In addition to the main game mode there is also a quiz mode and classic games. The quiz mode is a series of ten chess puzzles which has to be solved in the shortest time to give a good score. Classic games are recreations of real life chess matches.
