My first and only real experience with the Just Cause series (I'll go back to the others at some point), and was the perfect free-form arcadey destruction game with really fun traversal mechanics. Though some missions and base captures can be annoying when not employing reliable-but-boring methods, this is a must-play for anyone who wants to play a very video-gamey video game.
