Aside from his regular duties, Ruka has been pursuing the "Cult Massacre" case on his own, but due to his constant problematic behaviors, he is reassigned to the Traffic Division. A situation that he would not have face before, in order to return to the front line as a detective, Ruka takes on the challenges that were imposed on him. Meanwhile, a fire breaks out at the building belonging to a certain conglomerate. With this, marked the tumultuous beginning that would shake the Seventh Republic――
