Sit-ups and planks are available as solo training modes that keep your streak alive. The camera does the counting, so progress comes from movement rather than manual logging. Pose detection stays on your phone, and optional recordings remain on your device unless you choose to share them. The core campaign and rep tracking are free on iOS and Android, with optional in-app purchases. Train in the real world to grow stronger in the game.
