The Razer Night Serpent Pack was a limited promotional giveaway that unlocked 4 item crafting recipes for the Tier 1 Cape (short): Razer Serpent Wrap, Tier 2 Cape (medium): Razer Serpent Veil, Tier 3 Cape (long): Razer Serpent Mantle and Headwear: Razer Hood. The new items can be obtained without the pack's crafting recipes as extra rare loot drops added to the game with it's announcement.
