Wedding Day

As I reached adulthood, a village bully murdered me and abandoned my body in a temple. My fearful parents didn't seek revenge but, worried about my wandering spirit, arranged a ghostly marriage. This allowed me to rest peacefully in a suitor's ancestral tomb.
