story is incredible, liberty city is great, niko is an amazing character. the only reason i'm not giving 5 stars is because the driving is horrible, idc that it's "realistic." 100% wasn't too bad, pigeons were definitely the worst but it's not a difficult 100%, i'd go for all achievements if there weren't nearly impossible multiplayer ones
Honestly, still my favorite GTA. I love GTA V, but there was some magic and intimacy in the story of GTA IV.
